The production carries its own equipment policy and will provide a COI naming Mason Dean LLC as additional insured before the shoot. (Takes the $75 insurance fee off.)

W-9, certificate of insurance, and vendor forms available on request; deposit invoices payable by Zelle, ACH, or check.
